HOUSE POLICIES
No parties or large gatherings, no additional guests are to sleep in tents, trailers, on sofas or air mattresses. NO SMOKING or vaping in the cottage or near the doors. NO SMOKING in the hot tub. Evidence of smoking could result in a $200 cleaning charge.
WINTER STAYS
It is essential to have a vehicle with all wheel drive during the months of December- April. The lane going down to the cottage is a dirt road with a step hill that you may not be able to climb back up if you do not.

We are located 30 minutes from Sydney. If you are looking to do a lot of activities around the Island during your stay, please make sure our location is a good fit for your itinerary before booking.

PLEASE NOTE: The Cedar and The Pine cottage are neighboring properties on completely separate lots. There is approximately 160 ft between the two cottages with a tree line in between. They do however share an entry lane to access both places. NO amenities are shared between the two cottages.
