The Cedar & The Pine are two neighbouring cottages that overlook the popular Mira River, Cape Breton Island. Located just 25 minutes from Sydney, both cottages are 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom and sleep up to 5 guests. The cottages are approximately 150 ft apart and are separated by a tree line for privacy. Both offer breathtaking views of the river and water access.

Choose one cottage to make family memories or choose both to wrap yourself in quiet solitude.

Bedroom 1 Queen bed, two dressers, smart tv.

Bedroom 2 Single over double bunk bed and dresser.

Cooking Well stocked full kitchen (no dishwasher) spices, pots/pans, dishes, coffee, tea and two outdoor grills.

Bathroom Rain shower with small bathtub, vanity, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap and lotion.

Entertainment Smart TV with Netlix access, high speed wifi, board games, kids toys, radio

Amenities Air conditioning, washer & dryer, barrel sauna, kayaks, swimming, firepit, hammock, two grills, large waterfront deck with dock ( seasonal)

Pet friendly We understand that dogs are family. As long as you pooch is friendly, they are more than welcome to come along. We allow 1 dog per cottage and have a pet fee of $20 per night.
